The exhibition is open to all professional and amateur photographers 18 and over.
Each entry consists of a collection of three images consistent with a theme determined and selected by the photographer. Examples of themes include, but are not limited to: Streets, People, Creatures, Nature, Architecture, Emotions, Food, Sports, Landscapes, etc. These are just a few suggestions, the list of options is endless. Every theme must have a specific title. How well each image relates to the selected theme and to each other will be one important criterion for the jury process.
All photos must be properly matted & framed with a minimum framed size of 11” x 14” or maximum framed size of 24” x 36”, wired and ready to hang (no saw tooth hangers)
Gallery wrapped photos must be at least 1 1/2” deep with no visible staples, minimum size of 11” x 14” maximum size of 16” x 24”, wired and ready to hang (no saw tooth hangers)
Photographs must be ORIGINAL (no photoshop prints allowed) and completed within the last two years and not previously exhibited at NGAA. ENTRIES MUST NOT VIOLATE COPYRIGHT LAWS
NGAA reserves the right to refuse any submitted work which is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or improperly presented
All accepted photos must be hand delivered to NGAA Art Gallery with legible identification label affixed. Label must include: Photographer’s name, email address, title and price
Photography must be for sale, NGAA retains 30% commission of all works sold during the exhibition
Entry fee is $35.00 (non-refundable) and entitles photographer to submit a collection of three (3) photographs.
You may enter a collection of three (3) photographs that meet the above criteria. To enter Exhibit, upload photos and entry fee online: www.ngaa4arts.com. Images must be in jpg. format and smaller than 3MB. (Make sure all fields are completed before submitting application form.) You will receive an email from ngaa4arts.com confirming your submission has been processed.
Ribbons and sponsored cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and People’s choice. Ribbon awarded to Honorable Mention.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
Each photographer is responsible for insuring his or her own photography. While all care will be taken while photos are being exhibited in the NGAA Art Gallery, NGAA and its members or anyone working on the exhibition, assumes no responsibility for any damage to the photos during delivery, installation and de-installation. NGAA will not be liable for photography not claimed after specified pick-up dates and time.
Images of works may be used for NGAA marketing and publicity purposes

ABOUT THE JUROR:
Larry Winslett is an award winning nature photographer who has chronicled the natural world in many parts of the United States and Canada. He has specialized in the regions’ wildflowers, animals, rivers, and streams. He is particularly noted for his work featuring the three major granite outcrops in Georgia—Stone, Panola, and Arabia Mountains. His photographs have been featured in a variety of publications, such as Sierra, Wilderness, and Wild Mountain Times and can also be seen in four permanent exhibits at Stone Mountain Park. His fine art prints are also displayed in such diverse locations as Stanford University and Cox Communications, and his work has been the focus of major exhibits at Stone Mountain’s Memorial Hall Museum and the Fernbank Natural History Museum. His photos have also been used by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Georgia Poetry Society, and the Dahlonega Chamber Music Festival.
